kopk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and kopk. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
Introduction and Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the kopk platform, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support accessible via kopk.bio or any associated mobile interface. kopk reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Where amendments materially affect player rights, kopk will communicate changes via the platform or email. Continued use of kopk after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
These T&C are written in English and interpreted under English. Where a translated version exists for convenience, the English version prevails in case of any inconsistency. By registering on kopk, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction, and that you are using personal funds not required for essential living expenses.

Account Registration and Eligibility
1Eligibility to Register
To register a kopk account you must be at least 21 years of age. You must be a natural person accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of kopk or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person. Registering on behalf of another individual is prohibited.
2One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active kopk account. If duplicate accounts are detected, kopk reserves the right to close all but one account, to void any bets or game rounds played from duplicate accounts, and to forfeit any bonus funds associated with the duplicate registrations. Where fraud is suspected, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any remaining balances forfeited pending investigation.
3Account Verification (KYC)
kopk may request identity verification documents at any point, including prior to processing a withdrawal, following a large deposit, or as part of a routine security review. Acceptable documents include a National ID card, passport, or driving licence. kopk may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 14 days of a formal request may be suspended and withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.
4Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your kopk account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Where a self-exclusion has been applied, the account closure is processed immediately and the exclusion period is recorded. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5Accepted Payment Methods
kopk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfers are also supported for verified accounts. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kopk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the kopk account holder.
6Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily aggregate withdrawal limits are set per account tier and displayed within your account settings after login. kopk reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks prior to processing.
7Withdrawal Processing Times
Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad from fully verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. kopk bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or force majeure events. Withdrawal requests submitted during kopk system maintenance windows will be queued and processed in the order received once maintenance is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
8Bonus Eligibility and Opt-In
Promotional bonuses are offered at kopk's discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet and are separate from real-money balances. To claim a welcome bonus, the player must opt in at the time of first deposit; retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.
9Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money credit. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual bonus offer terms and is displayed on the promotions page and in your account dashboard at the time of bonus activation. Wagering contributions differ by game type: slots typically contribute 100% to wagering, while live casino table games, sports betting, and crash games contribute at differing rates as specified in the bonus terms. kopk reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if fraudulent wagering patterns are detected.
10Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically by the system. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date and wagering progress of each active bonus via the account dashboard. kopk will not reinstate expired bonuses.
Game Rules, Fairness, and Malfunctions
11Game Providers and RNG Certification
All games made available on kopk are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. RNG-based games are independently audited for randomness and fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published RTP figures are those certified by the relevant provider and are not modified by kopk. kopk makes no warranty that any individual playing session will produce results consistent with the published RTP.
12Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, kopk's policy is to void the affected round and return any stakes placed in that round to the player's real-money balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction or software error are not valid and will be voided. kopk will not be held liable for any consequential losses arising from a game malfunction. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to kopk support within 7 days of the relevant game round completing.
13Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kopk: use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage; collusion with other players in card or table games; exploitation of software errors or bonus loopholes; use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions; placing bets designed to generate guaranteed profits from bonus funds regardless of game outcome (bonus abuse); and any form of money laundering or use of proceeds of unlawful activity. kopk reserves the right to permanently close accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed and to report suspected money laundering to relevant authorities.
Responsible Gaming and Account Suspension
14Responsible Gaming Tools
kopk provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. Where a player contacts kopk requesting a self-exclusion, the exclusion will be applied within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player will not receive promotional communications from kopk. Self-exclusion periods may not be lifted early at the player's request; requests to reinstate an account after a self-exclusion must be made in writing to support and are subject to a mandatory 7-day reflection period.
15Platform-Initiated Suspension
kopk may suspend or permanently close any account where: the account holder is found to be under 21 years of age; prohibited conduct as described in Clause 13 is confirmed; the account is associated with fraudulent activity, charge-backs, or disputed payment claims; verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe; or kopk has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used in breach of these T&C. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, kopk will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline to the account holder via their registered email address.
16Underage Gambling
kopk takes its obligations regarding underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. Where it is established that a player was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or during their use of the platform, kopk will immediately close the account, void all bets and game rounds, and forfeit all deposits, winnings, and bonus balances associated with the account. kopk will retain records for compliance purposes. Parents and guardians are advised to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
Intellectual Property and General Provisions
17Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the kopk platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, page layout, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the property of kopk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kopk content without express written consent. Unauthorised use of kopk intellectual property may result in account closure and, where applicable, legal action.
18Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kopk shall not be liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; game outcomes; actions of third-party providers; or temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance. kopk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.
19Amendments to Terms
kopk reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required to comply with a legal obligation or to protect platform security. Continued use of kopk after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
20Disputes and Governing Law
These T&C and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of kopk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, account decision, or payment, players must first raise the matter with kopk's customer support team, providing all relevant details. kopk aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a complete written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, kopk will provide details of an available alternative dispute resolution service upon request.
